The challenge

Running clubs managed athletes, workouts and monthly fees in spreadsheets and chat groups, with no visibility into who was about to quit.

The solution

We built a multi-tenant platform in a monorepo: an admin dashboard for the club and an app for the athlete, with personalized workouts, payments by PIX, card and bank slip, a store, gallery, leaderboard, challenges and automatic re-engagement for inactive athletes.
